
Call for Vendors
Come join FestiVille Baddeck as a street vendor. FestiVille Baddeck is a music, artistic and culinary street festival for all ages that attracts 3000–5000 people to the main street of Baddeck. Please participate and have the opportunity to sell and showcase your products and wares. We are celebrating on August 19th this summer.

– Our upcoming FestiVille dates are July 6th and August 3rd from 6–9 PM.
– Cost for participation is $50 for vendors or $100 for food trucks. Cost is per FestiVille.
​
– All vendors must pay prior to the FestiVille. Participation fees are to be paid no later than one week prior to the
FestiVille. Please make checks payable to FestiVille Baddeck Society or payment in cash is accepted. Receipts will be
provided after payment is received. Please mail registration form and payment to: Joanne Dunlop, PO Box 664, Baddeck,
NS B0E 1B0. Payment can also be dropped off at The Outdoor Store, 472 Chebucto Street, Baddeck

– Vendors will be provided one 6 ft. table and one chair. Please provide your own table cover and signage. We are
encouraging all vendors to have a nice table set-up and display. The FestiVille committee is happy to provide additional
tables at a cost of $30 each. ​

– Upon arrival please go to the Baddeck Visitor Center – 454 Chebucto Street. Vendors first must check-in at the payment
confirmation table to confirm payment has been received, You will then check-in at the registration table to receive your
assigned street location.

– Vendors are allowed into the FestiVille area from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM to set-up. All set-up must be completed by 5:00 PM.
The street will be closed to Vendor set-up after 5:00 PM. The street becomes too chaotic if vendors are setting up later than 5:00PM. We thank you for your understanding.

– Table location is assigned on the basis of first-come, first-serve. We encourage all vendors to arrive as close to 3:30PM as
possible. Vendors will not be able to set-up after 5:00PM.

– All vendors selling food, beverages or alcohol must have the necessary temporary event permits and/or other permits
required by law. Your agreement to participate in FestiVille is confirmation to that you will comply with all required laws and
regulations.
